The night we arrived we realized there were many lights without working light bulbs. The next morning we had a flood in the kitchen. The 2 upstairs bathrooms had no hot water. The downstairs bathroom would not flush properly. The pool was a swamp that took 3 days of our five day stay to fix. The pans provided were not something you could even cook on. The property owner's response was that the unit would be updated in March. Not helpful. He was not accessible via phone so you had to wait for a response. I'll admit I had no concerns during my stay even though Victor was there if I needed. To have the private pool in the backyard was great for just walking out and taking a dip. We loved the hammocks as well, which served it's purpose in helping us relax. Loved the gated community, although I felt safe anywhere in Aruba. The 3 bathrooms was great for my family.
