Not sure why. Wish there was furniture on the balcony patio. It’s a wonderful place to view sunsets but had to stand. The pictures are true to life and the property manager responded quickly when we had an issue with the pool, sending someone out the next morning (it was a holiday when reported). There is a house being built directly next door, but they were only there one day during our 1 week stay and it wasn't noisy or bothersome. We really enjoyed being able to go visit the busier areas of the island and then retreat back to the peaceful house. The team that manages this house didn’t go above and beyond! It was a nightmare and our family vacation was ruined. The roof was leaking so we had to use pots to catch the water and the laundry room flooded during our stay. The lack of communication for the management team was not only poor but down right unacceptable. Not only were we not aware that the town was going to dig a 4 foot trench our entire time we stayed at this house. Making it extremely difficult for us and are older parent to walk over and carrying a child and a stroller over the dirt trench. We also couldn’t get a rental car because there was no where for us to park at this location.It’s a shame since we had high expectations for our family vacation.
