Our stay was very comfortable. The villa was clean and quiet. Checking in was easy. The beach is a 2-3 min walk and the Arashi Beach shack was within walking distance for food as well. The washer and dryer on site was a big plus also. Wi-Fi and AC Worked great. Highly recommended

Location was perfect! 2 minute walk to beach and that’s if you walk slow. House was clean, and perfect for what we needed. Quiet area, relaxing trip. Close to everything you needed, far enough away to be relaxing!! Will definitely stay again!!

We loved staying at Boca Catalina. The beach nearest to the property was a our favorite as it felt more like a "local beach." We enjoyed our stay at the villa because it was out of the way of the tourist, hotel spot on the island and offered privacy and peace. Close to the largest super market on the island which was very convenient. Mike was very responsive when we needed extra toilet paper and paper towels. Property was cleaned by staff daily. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the 2 bedroom Boca Catalina Villa. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. They provided beach chairs and coolers which was very nice. The pool area was nice and we used it almost daily. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. We did have two small lizards or geckos get into our place while staying there for a week. Not sure if this is typical, but we were able to get them out safely outside. There are two great beaches within walking distance. One is a 1-2 min walk with excellent snorkeling, but is a little rocky. The other beach is a 5-7 min walk with clear water, low waves, and sandy which makes it a great relaxing beach. Overall we enjoyed the property and would stay here again.

Lugar adorável
Excelente. Apartamento aconchegante, super limpo, com cozinha funcional. Só ficou faltando um espelho de corpo inteiro , máquina de lavar roupa individual e um blackout na sala para maior privacidade. Após esta experiência não quero mais ficar em hotel tradicional, com fila de check in, aglomeração de pessoas em lobby,… Sendo nossa décima visita à ilha, essa foi a experiência mais agradável. Voltaremos a nos hospedar com certeza.

Walking distance to, two of the nicest beaches on the island with the best snorkeling spot on the island. Property very well maintained, pool, tv, wifi, quite, well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, less then 5 minutes to casinos, hotels, dinning. (by car). WOULD DIFFINETLY RETURN HERE!

This property was very clean and well maintained. "Michael" was readily available to help with any questions or needs during our stay. He answered calls and texts promptly. I was under the impression that the pool was private. However, there are several villas on the property that share the pool.

Fantastic place... super modern, clean, best location on the island... close enough to the crowds if you need to go to town but just far enough away to feel like you are on a completely different island. villa is just across the street from best beaches on the Island! great host, so helpful and flexible!

This place was the best boutique hotel we have been to! We spent one week in the one-bedroom unit and five days in one of the two-bedroom units. Each unit was beautifully decorated and set up. Everything you would need was provided for. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance you might need. The beds were super comfortable! The pool was clean and warm. There are several seating options outdoors as well. We also made use of the on-site washer and dryer, which was handy. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and kind. We would come back any time! We recommend this place with absolutely no hesitation!

Great place for peace and quiet in Aruba!!
This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was spacious, scrupulously clean, had very comfortable beds and air conditioning that could keep up to the heat. The garden was lovely and quiet and the pool was refreshing. It was a 1 minute walk to the beach. The property is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood about a 5 minute drive north from the hotel strip. I would absolutely stay here again.

The perfect place to stay in Aruba! Clean, modern apartment, beautiful yard and pool, quiet neighbourhood and all just a three minute walk to the best snorkeling beach in Aruba. Mike and Amanda were very nice and responsive. Everything is exactly as advertised. If we go back to Aruba this will be our top choice of places to stay.

Das Appartment ist ein einziger Traum. Wunderschön eingerichtet, bis ins Detail. Tolle Beleuchtungen, super sauber, sehr bequeme Betten, tolle Bäder und insgesamt ein super Service. Das Wifi funktioniert absolut problemlos. Der Pool und die Außenanlage laden zum Entspannen ein, der kurze Weg zum Meer ist einfach nur fantastisch. Die Lage dieser Unterkunft könnte kaum besser sein. Die Wohngegend zählt zu den besten auf Aruba und der Kontakt zu Mike war wirklich super easy, er ermöglichte uns auch einen frühen Check-In. Insgesamt die volle Punktzahl und das Versprechen, dass wir sofort wieder einziehen, wenn wir nach Aruba zurückkommen :-) Hier fühlt man sich richtig zu Hause!

Beautiful Place. The only negative is once you're there, there doesn't seem to be a way to contact staff. We were never able to acquire a wifi password and the only reason we needed it was because service wasn't the best this far north. But amazing stay.

The property was just as expected, which was a beautiful modern property which was kept extremely well! It was within a 2 min walk to nice beach areas. Easy parking when you rent a car. The property is well cared for, very clean and absolutely beautiful! The pool was beautiful and refreshing and the best snorkeling Beach in Aruba is right across the street at Boca Catalina. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The location is 2 minutes from the lighthouse and 5 minutes to Palm Beach. The apartment was stunning and had everything you could need as far as cookware, appliances, dishware, laundry facilities, beach chairs, towels, and coolers. The owner Mike always answered my emails and questions right away and his co-host Ana made check in very easy and pleasant and she was very nice and helpful. The second night of our stay the power went out on the entire Island and Ana was very good about calling us and texting us to check on us and give us the status of the power outage! I look forward to staying at this property again next year and hopefully for a longer stay!

Amazing villa, beautifully decorated and absolutely stunning in person. Made a huge difference in our vacation to come home to this every day! The rain showers and pool were fantastic. The house had really flattering lights for photos.
