This air-conditioned Villa Sunset Mirador has an open living space connecting the fully equipped kitchen to the dining area and living room with large windows overlooking a stunning Saliña view.  
  
The master bedroom with a King-size bed features an en-suite bathroom with 2 separate walking closets and a spacious bathroom. The other two bedrooms  
have Queen-size beds (one of them is an electric adjustable bed) and a shared bathroom with a shower. These 3 bedrooms all have a view of the Saliña, and are surrounded by nature, having direct access to the pool deck through sliding doors.  
The last bedroom has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.  
This bedroom is next to the spacious office.  
All showers offer hot water.  
  
POOL DECK WITH THE VIEW:  
The pool deck - with an infinity edge - offers an unlimited view of the  
nature reserve, the Saliña, and the famous Palm Beach Skyline. Perfect for your own vacation pictures!  
  
Within a few minute's drive you will find top restaurants and luxury hotels, and most importantly - some of our most famous beaches in the Malmok area; Arashi beach, Tres Trapi and Boca Catalina!  
  
OUR CLEANING PROTOCOL:  
We want you to enjoy a safe and clean stay, that is why our beautiful Villa has the highest standard of care. We apply only the safest cleaning standards at all times.  
Guest access  
Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with very limited to no traffic, it is  
perfect for couples, families, groups, honeymooners, anniversaries, weddings  
or staycations/workcations. It has 4 bedrooms, of which 3 have the Saliña view - a lovely salt pan, a natural protected area -- the other bedroom has its own  
private entrance as well as a connecting door to a large office. The Villa Sunset Mirador is located in a very safe and upscale family neighborhood, close to the 18 hole Tierra del Sol golf course, the largest Tennis Club of Aruba with 7 tennis courts and a four-minute drive to the famous Malmok Beach area.  
Other things to note  
WORKCATION:  
If you want to combine your vacation with your work, there is a very  
spacious office for 4 to 6 adults with high-speed internet and equipped with an iMac computer and printer.

Wonderful host, house is loaded with all the beach equipment one could ask for; excellent linens and towels (including pool towels) and all the kitchen equipment and entertaining bits you could ask for. Comfortable beds and the extra chest freezer in the kitchen came in super handy for storing bags of ice and frosted mugs

Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed our stay and this house. Having stayed at many VRBO properties, the description of this property and the views was completely accurate and cannot reflect how beautiful it really is! 1\. The house was spotlessly clean, well decorated, well stocked, and the beds and bedding were luxurious. 2\. The pool and deck face the most beautiful landscape, and is completely private. 3\. Jacqueline was the PERFECT host. She greeted us when we got in, she had a beautiful Valentine's day gift of cheese and fruit in our room, and had an expresso machine with coffee ready to go. She also had these beautiful sun hats for us as the sun is very strong. We wish we could have fit them in our suitcase! 4\. Jacqueline had wonderful recommendations, and was truly available to us at any time. She truly did not mind if we needed to contact her. 5\. The property is just minutes from the beach, and close to shopping and restaurants! We've decided that if this house is available we will come back to Aruba every year!

#### Fantastic House and Amazing Host

OMG!!! I cannot say enough great things about this property and Jacky the host. The house is incredible!!! All the windows in the living room were gorgeous and what attracted us at first. The pool is fantastic to relax in. There isn’t anything behind the house, so the view is great! Really quiet location to help relax! The host, Jacky, is the BEST!!! She had such a great personality and welcoming attitude. She meet us at the house and showed us around. She gave such great welcome gifts since it was my husband’s birthday. ❤️ She gave recommendations for a private chef but he got sick on the day of the event. I reached out to Jacky and she found another chef on the same day. She has all the perfect connections. She is certainly the “Hostess with the Mostess.” We will certainly rent this location again.

#### BEST HOUSE AND HOST EVER!!!!!

This property was amazing and the host Jacky could not have done more to make our stay on this beautiful island better. Jacky got us into restaurants we had been trying for months ahead of our trip to get into. She knows a lot of people and knows where to go and what to do during your stay (let her help you plan the perfect vacation!!!) We had a problem with our rental Jeep which we booked on our own and Jacky fixed the problem without hesitation (DO NOT USE ROYAL CAR RENTAL) We tried to book things ourselves bc we didn't want to bother Jacky...don't make the same mistake. She urged us to let her help us and all of her recommendations were amazing! Now about the house. SO BEAUTIFUL SO COMFORTABLE!!! Perfect location. Very private with an incredible sunset view and a beautiful pool. Every amenity is at your fingertips in this property. My family rents private homes quite often and I will say this has been our best experience hands down! Thank you to Jacky and your family for treating us like not only royalty but as if we were your own family! We will definitely be back. Much love.
