The 4-room house has 130 square meters of living space, spread across two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a double sofa bed and a television with a flat screen. The large kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table. There is also a separate toilet on this level. The upper floor features a walk-through room with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), and a room with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). There is a shower and a separate toilet on this floor. The second upper floor has a room with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and access to a balcony, as well as a shower and a toilet.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you can enjoy the following amenities: air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, pet-friendly accommodation (one small pet or dog allowed), heating available, a microwave, a television, and a maximum capacity of six guests. The property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  
  
Other Information  
The house boasts a large terrace spanning 300 square meters, complete with terrace furniture, a barbecue area, and four deck chairs. You can take in the stunning views of the sea and the mountains from the terrace. Additionally, the property offers internet access (WiFi, free of charge), and it is a non-smoking house with a smoke alarm installed.
