This recently renovated studio apartment offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and convenience, making it an excellent choice for short-term stays. Ideally situated between downtown and the Norton Sound Health Corporation (NSHC), the studio provides a central location that is both quiet and walkable, giving you easy access to local shops, restaurants, and essential services.  
  
The studio's contemporary design creates a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside. The full kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the dishware and cookware needed to prepare meals at home. A coffee maker, along with a complimentary welcome coffee service, ensures you can start your mornings right. The living space is cozy and well-furnished, offering a comfortable environment to relax in after a busy day.  
  
Rest assured that all linens, including towels and bedding, are provided, allowing you to pack light and settle in quickly. The full bathroom is modern and clean, offering everything you need to refresh and unwind.  
  
Security is a top priority, with secure access to the building giving you peace of mind throughout your stay. Onsite parking is available, providing added convenience whether you’re arriving by car or renting a vehicle locally.
