Home stayed dry during hurricane milton. Clean and ready! Located on a highly desirable street, the house is perched high above Curry Creek offering spectacular water views from every room. The property includes a boat ramp to avoid the public launch. Three kayaks (two tandems and one single). Two miles from Nokomis Beach and only half a mile from The Legacy Bike Trail. You can do so many fun things, or just have a drink on the dock and watch the manatees. Pet Friendly. The space 2 bedroom 2 bath home. A queen bed in each bedroom. 1,535 sq. ft. under air conditioning. 180 sq. ft. covered screened patio. Dock with boat lift. Boat ramp for boats up to 22 feet. Lush tropical landscaping. The communication was great, the kayaks were fun, the fish light off of the boat dock was relaxing. We really had a wonderful stay there and would love to come back next year! We never had a chance to take the bikes out, but the beach chairs and floaties were an excellent necessity. It is on the water and near the beaches, a great starting point for day trips. While staying there, we took advantage of the kayaks that are included with the rental and launched from the back yard of the property. Clayton, the host, was very accommodating and quick to respond to the few questions we had regarding the property and area. The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood.
