I would not recommend this place for a family that wants to cook in and enjoy dinner around the table because it that part of the home is small and not very conducive for that kind of thing. The place is loaded with all the amenities you need. Lots of dishes and silverware and extra pillows, blankets and beach towels. My friend is a self professed sheet snob and she liked them. The beds were comfortable. The living room had beautiful leather furniture with 4 electric recliners(two in the sofa). There are ceiling fans in the kitchen, living room, and the bedrooms. The TVs have Roku and I had no problem loading all my apps. The lanai is large and so relaxing. Beach chairs, noodles, even sand toys for kids are provided. A guide to the house was provided and very useful. The host responded immediately when there was an AC issue and a repairman was there within a hour. Definitely recommend!!
