"This was an emergency trip that was booked at the last minute on New Year’s Eve for a stay starting the next day. We did have some communication issues to begin with, but the owner was out of town and this was a very short turnaround. Once we got connected, things went smoothly. We did have a couple maintenance issues during our stay that were addressed quickly. The location was perfect as it put us very close to an ill family member."

"pros: good location house is exactly as seen in photos kitchen is a great size cons: the toilet in the family washroom didn't work so well ( got stuck on flushing ) ice maker on the fridge was not functioning overall it was a good stay I suggest something be done to the back yard to make it feel homey and usable"

"Please make a correction we were rented from Thursday May 23 to Sunday May 26 Very comfortable house, this property has everything that could find in your own house to make you fill very enjoyable our 4 paws baby was there as well, it had a good time, there is a beautiful beach at 1.3 miles from us, we are really had an unforgettable vacation "

"Scott and Frandi made an almost nightmare very easy to manage. After having another host cancel last minute Scott spent hoirs with us on the phone and alone with vrbo. Their place was comfy, had everything we needed and was in a great location. Close to nice quiet beaches and everything youre looking for. Enjoy :)"

"My extended family gathered for a family memorial. Whether we were drifting in the pool, or sitting on the dock at sunset, or lounging in the family room while others cooked dinner, the house was so comfortable, beautiful, and welcoming. Germaine was prompt and helpful and accurate in all communication. The master suite is luxurious, and we left the curtains open so we could wake up to the magical view of the gulf. Can't recommend this home enough!"
