Además se distribuye en salón-comedor y amplia cocina completamente equipada. La casa dispone de baño completo y tres dormitorios (1 con cama de matrimonio y dos con 2 camas individuales ) . Preciosa casona de campo en Noja, que se divide en dos viviendas: planta baja y primera planta. La vivienda que se alquila es la situada en la primera planta y dispone de dos terrazas solariegas, una en el salón y otra en el dormitorio principal. Jun 25, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication Disliked: Location #### Freundliche Gastgeber - toller Garten - durch die Straße leider recht laut Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und bei Anfragen immer hilfreich. Danke! Leider waren wir nicht so happy mit dem Objekt selbst, da es direkt an der vielbefahrenen Hauptstraße nach Noja liegt. Dadurch hatten wir immer Straßenlärm in der Wohnung. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster war nur schwer möglich. Das war uns aufgrund des FeWo-direkt Inserats so nicht bewußt. Dem Appartment merkten man den Charme der 70er Jahre an. Auch laden die Wohnzimmermöbel nicht zum bequemen Sitzen ein. Die Couchmöbel sind doch schon sehr "durchgesessen". Die Dusche ist in der Badewanne was ganz ok ist. Leider bildet sich an der Duschkabine der Schimmel was nicht wirklich einladenden wirkt. Ein wirkliches Highlight ist der große Garten! Sehr gepflegt und bietet viel Schatten unter den großen Bäumen. Im Herbst kann man sich da sicher das Fallobst gut schmecken lassen ;-). Parkplätze gibt es genug und Fahrräder kann man in einem Abstellraum im hinteren Gebäudeteil sicher abstellen.
