Appart in the Greenest Umbria: Nature, History, Genuineness, Relax We are in the greenest and most genuine Umbria, near Assisi, in a small village called Mosciano where time seems to have stopped. The location is very scenic, with a breathtaking sunset and the town is that of Nocera Umbra: "city of water", recently certified as a "European Oasis" and with a very characteristic medieval old town. The location is strategic to visit the major cultural, historical and religious centers of the region; Assisi, Gubbio, Spello, Montefalco, Bevagna, Spoleto are practically equidistant. We are also just a few kilometers from the fascinating Colfiorito Park, ideal for excursions on foot or by bike and in Rasiglia "the Venice of Umbria" The structure was built after 97 'respecting the highest anti-seismic standards. Apartment consists of: \-a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom where you can add a single bed or a cot. \-from a room with an external bathroom equipped with two single beds or one double bed \-a large living room / kitchen with a large sofa bed. \- from a laundry. The bathrooms are equipped with extra-large showers (see photo) The entrance is on the ground floor and independent from our beloved "B & B Alba dei due Soli". Families and animals (polite) are welcome and the green area is very large and equipped with barbecue and garden chairs. Grosszügige Aussenanlage. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Parco di Colfiorito und für Besuche in kleinen Orten wie Gubbio, Assisi, Nocera Umbra, Foligno. Ohne Auto geht es allerdings nicht. Das Appartment ist, nach unseren Erfahrungen, bestens ausgestattet: Küche mit Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, 4-Flammen Gasherd, Mikrowelle und sogar Geschirrspüler. 2 großzügige Bäder mit hervorragenden Duschen (Brause + Regendusche!). Die Lage: mitten in der Natur mit traumhafter Aussicht Was man wissen sollte: Auto ist ein Muss, da jeder Einkauf, Restaurantbesuch etc. eine Anfahrt bedingt. Die Straßen in nächster Nähe um das Objekt sind mit Vorsicht (eng, teilweise Schlaglöcher) gut befahrbar. Objekt befindet sich im selben Gebäude wie das B&B Hotel, d. h. die Treppe, die man auf den Fotos sieht, führt zur B&B Einheit, die über einen separaten Eingang verfügt. Man hätte also als Gast, wenn man von dem Frühstücksangebot Gebrauch macht, direkten Zugang. Appartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Möbel könnten z. T. erneuert werden, hat uns aber nicht beeinträchtigt. Stühle für längeren Aufenthalt etwas unbequem, Sitzkissen zu empfehlen. Kleines Highlight, das auch die Liebe zum Detail zeigt: es wurden Fliesen aus historischen Gebäuden verwendet, z.B. auf der Küchenarbeitsfläche. Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter - wir halten Kontakt und kommen gerne wieder! ##### Frank S. Circondati dalla tranquillità e da un immenso verde siamo stati accolti da Stefano in maniera cordiale e gentile, ricevendo da lui consigli e spiegazioni riguardo il soggiorno e itinerari vari. L’appartamento, molto pulito, ordinato, colorato, spazioso e soprattutto silenzioso, è circondato da un bel giardino che le nostre due cagnoline hanno apprezzato moltissimo. Siamo stati benissimo, torneremo sicuramente per trascorrere altri giorni di tranquillità in un luogo come questo, che merita davvero grazie alle cure del proprietario. The apartment is on the ground floor of an antique stone building and has a very large and well equipped kitchen, a bedroom with en suite bathroom, a second bedroom and an additional bathroom. All rooms are spacious and comfortable. Outside is a garden with lawn and breathtaking views. We enjoyed excellent weather and lots of rural peace and quiet. It is one of the most beautiful locations I’ve ever stayed in. The view (just stunning), the quietness of the area (no traffic sounds at all, except for a car here and there), and darkness at night provided the perfect bit of peace that we were looking for. We cooked in the well appointed kitchen, sat around the fire playing cards at night with a delicious bottle of local wine, and explored the surrounding area during the day. Die Hochebenen von Colfiorito sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernten, trotzdem ist die Gegend sehr gut an die Städte im Tal angebunden. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll umgebaut und gut ausgestattet. We greatly enjoyed our 2-week stay in rural Umbria, a part of Italy which remains Italian. We were looking for a quiet place within nature and this is exactly what we found. Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti in questa struttura e queste sono le nostre considerazioni: l'appartamento é spazioso e ben arredato. I bagni e le camere sono confortevoli e dotati di ogni confort (set da bagno, cabina ormadio, phon,..). Sono presenti tutti i principali elettrodomestici (microonde, lavastoviglie,forno,..) ma la cucina dovrebbe essere dotata di maggiori pentole e accessori, come ciotole e mestoli. Il camino é funzionale e molto utile nelle giornate più fredde. Molto bello il paesaggio che si può scorgere appena fuori dalla casa o dalla grande finestra nel soggiorno. Consiglio questa struttura a tutti coloro che voglio trascorrere dei giorni immersi nella natura o che desiderano trovare pace e tranquillità. Appena fuori dalla struttura é presente un grande spazio verde, un parcheggio e un barbecue. In conclusione appartamento molto bello ed accogliente, lo consiglio. ##### Davide B. Die Ferienwohnung liegt absolut ruhig abseits von Trubel, wurde im April 2016 fertiggestellt. Das Haus wurde uns vom sehr zuvorkommenden freundlichen Besitzer persönlich übergeben. Alles war schön hergerichtet und absolut sauber. Die grossen Bäder waren ein Traum, so macht duschen Spass :-) Es fehlt an nichts. Die Fotos entsprechen absolut der Realität. Der grosse Garten hat riesig viel Rasenfläche, Sonnenschirm, Liegestühle und einen Grill. Gefriertruhe, grosser Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, neue Waschmaschine. Perfekt zum Toben für Kinder. Die Menschen in der Umgebung sind sehr freundlich, keine anderen Ausländer weit und breit, ausser uns. Unser Vermieter Stefano hat sich exzellent um uns gekümmert: Tips für die Umgebung, Geschichten der Häuser, Schokoladenkuchen und vieles mehr. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 20 Min erreichbar in Colfiorito oder Nocera Umbra. Die Neue Autobahn zwischen Colfiorito und Spoleto wurde vor einigen Wochen erst eröffnet, unser Navi hat es nicht gekannt, wenn man aber mal schneller sein will, kann man die kurvige Strecke so deutlich abkürzen. Wandern perfekt möglich. Absolut weiter zuempfehlen, 5 Sterne!!! ##### Kirsten Z.
