Loved the fireplace, proximity to the water (and access to kayaks), and within 3 miles of a wonderful walking trail, downtown, and fun restaurants and activities. The only complaints are - it’s time to replace the kitchen towels. Even though they were hopefully clean, they were dingy and full of stains. Some of the pans weren’t clean. It might be because there is a dishwasher but no dishwasher pods. Maybe include 1 or 2 in your starter kit.Also, most parties have at least four people and your living room only sits three.
