I was away from the city and near the river. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for all. This place met our needs, right next to Riverside Park, 15 minutes from grocery store, overall good location. Loved walking through the trees behind the house. The spa was nice even though it was cold outside, and the overhead cover was good because of the rain. One bummer was the fireplace is not part of the deal anymore. Even though it's not a real fireplace, it would have been nice for the ambiance and cold days.
