### Holiday Home near North Sea Beach

This detached holiday home is located in the beautiful Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad holiday park, which opened in 2023. It is located 16 km. from the famous Belgian seaside resort of Knokke. The scenic North Sea beach is only 1.2 km away. The holiday home is comfortable, fully furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor you will find a nice living room with smart TV with streaming function. The modern kitchen with cooking island features a combi oven, dishwasher and wine fridge. There is one bedroom with two single box-spring beds in a double arrangement, an ensuite bathroom featuring a bath and shower and a smart TV with streaming function. There is a separate toilet in the hall. Upstairs you have four more bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, in a double or twin set-up. Two of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with shower. The third bathroom, on the landing, has a shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet here. In one of the bedrooms you can make use of a smart TV with streaming function. Through the French doors you enter the spacious garden featuring a (partly) covered patio and garden furniture. The back garden is located on the water. Parking for three cars is available at the holiday home. Here you will also find a charging station for your electric car. At the Resort Nieuwvliet-Bad holiday park, various holiday homes, bungalows, villas and group accommodations can be booked for two to twenty people. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools at the resort will be open from July 7, 2023.  
Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. The pictures on display here serve as an example only Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged The park has indicated that it is a firework-free zone. Despite the fact that the park will do their utmost to enforce the prohibition on the lighting of fireworks, they cannot give a 100% guarantee that no actual fireworks will be lit on or in the direct vicinity of the park. Therefore, no rights may be derived from this indication. This accommodation is located in a holiday park. There are multiple units. To book more than one unit, please contact us via chat.
