Located a short walk from the sandy, guarded main beach of dreamy baltic sea resort, in a quiet, yet central location to enjoy the benefits One exceptional resort, which was built in 2015 for demanding guests very neuim style of baltic typical spa architecture. Families with children, couples and seniors with grandchildren visit the umzäuntenGelände at the old Linden lined beach road relaxation, recreation andsecurity. We also welcome a pet (dog) (6.00 € / night and one-time 12.00 € pet cleaning). In the immediate vicinity is the fabled Ghost Forest with its partly 170 year-old trees. Look forward to wonderful days in the 53m² large apartment with a spacious kitchen, dining and living area. The living area has a large and very comfortable couch, a Smart TV and a dining table with four chairs. The attached balcony invites you to enjoy the all-day sun. The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, convection oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Furthermore, this beautiful apartment has a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom with natural light is equipped with a floor-level shower, large vanity, a large wall mirror and a hairdryer. The apartment has a living room ventilation and floor heating in all rooms. At the apartment a free outdoor parking space belongs (Apartment 06). In the annexe, a lockable storage room for bicycles and prams are shared. A mom and pop store is only 150 meters away from the apartment, where there is food, newspapers, souvenirs and postal and lottery services. Also nearby are bicycle rental and several restaurants to find. Experience the sunset over the Baltic Sea, or cycle about 8 km westwärtsnach Heiligendamm, the oldest German seaside resort, or about 10 km to the east lighthouse of Warnemünde. Wir konnten unseren Urlaub sehr gut genießen. Hinweise an den Vermieter: Der Couchtisch ist leider viel zu klein und damit nahezu unbrauchbar. Es gibt etliche Dinge, die sehr bis extrem staubig sind.
