It was mainly a museum, with nobody there, very creepy. I didn’t even feel safe at night. The towels were so old and dirty. The carpet was so dirty. There was dirty linens in the hallway and nobody even bother to clean it. There is no elevator and there is nobody to help you to take your luggage up. Rooms are small but efficient. Temps were 39c ,there was a fan in the room but no ac. This is common in Europe. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. Room was a bit pricey however it was Ironman Triathlon wekend so may have accounted for the cost. My only complaint would be the view. When we booked, the room says valley view but since our room was on a lower level it actually overlooks the driveway and the parking lot. All night long, you can hear cars driving up. I think if we had a higher level room it would have been more enjoyable. "
