An ideal pied-à-terre to discover the city while enjoying a peaceful environment. YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD Located in the peaceful and sought-after Imperial Park district in Nice, this apartment is just a stone's throw from the Russian church, close to shops such as Carrefour City Gambetta, and only 750 metres from the Alsace Lorraine tram station. Florida beach is accessible in just 1 km, while the city centre, Masséna square, and Nice Thiers station are approximately 2 km away. Nice Côte d'Azur airport is located 6 km away. EXHIBITION The living room, bright and modern, offers a comfortable space to relax. Its clean and contemporary decoration creates a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for resting after a day of discovery. This living space opens directly onto a pleasant terrace, inviting one to fully enjoy the Nice climate. COOKING The American kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, as well as all the necessary utensils to cook easily. A dining table allows you to share your meals in a friendly setting. ROOMS The apartment includes two quiet bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed. All stations pass through Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta for the Flowers district, Alsace Lorraine and Jean Médecin for the Musicians, Gold or Masséna districts, the Pin district and finally the Port district. A connection with line 1 is made at JEAN MÉDECIN Station. A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station. Taxis: The most direct: They are present at each terminal 1 & 2\. 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is an official fixed rate that must be applied + the baggage rate. Make sure to inform yourself well and specify it to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card. The bus: The shuttle to the airport (bus 98) is both cheap and convenient. It runs every twenty minutes during the day and will drop you off in the city centre, near Nice Thiers Station. I chose to arrive by train The tram - The best market: To get to line n°1, exit to the left of the station and go down towards Thiers Avenue until Jean Médecin Avenue (indicated by signage). Trams pass every five minutes and the ticket has a low cost. Line 1 serves the centre and the two northern districts of Nice. A connection with line 3 is made at GRAND ARÉNAS Station. A connection with Line 2 (Airport / Port) is at JEAN MÉDECIN Station. Taxis: The most direct: 15 minutes will be enough to drop you directly at your apartment. There is no fixed package. The driver must mandatorily activate his meter before leaving the station. You will only have to pay the fare displayed upon arrival + the luggage rate. Make sure to inquire and specify this to the driver; he cannot refuse it. Normally, the cost is payable by credit card. Do not forget to have the complete address ready to be given to the driver. I chose to arrive by car There is always a public car park near your place of residence. The rate is: • On time • Per 24-hour day • Per week • Per month It may prove to be more interesting to pay for a week rather than per day for stays longer than 4 days, and so on. Check the rate grid carefully at the parking entrance or go to the security post as soon as you are parked.
