It is tastefully decorated and functional, which will make your stay as comfortable as it is professional or for a holiday. You will be seduced by its large terrace of 25m ² equipped with a space to take your meals, and a lounge space to relax in the sun or take the aperitif after a day spent to visit the city. You can only fall under the charm of this apartment for its decoration, its terrace or its location in the heart of Nice. On the 4th and last floor (lift accessible only from the 1st floor), it has air conditioning in the bedroom, as well as a free wifi internet connection by fiber optic . Located in the center of Nice, and one block from the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches. In less than 10min walk you can reach the pedestrian street with its many shops and restaurants, as well as Place Masséna, the famous avenue Jean Medecin and its shops, and Old Nice where you can discover all the local specialties. Nearby you will find a stop with several buses, allowing you to easily move around Nice and its surroundings. The city offers numerous Blue Bike Points, allowing you to easily ride into the city center. The railway station is 15min walk. Nice airport is only 15 minutes away by car. Easily found close to the tram system from the airport and very walkable to places of intrest. The apartment had a very pleasant terrace which benefited from the afternoon sunshine. The interior had a well equipped kitchen, nice shower room and comfortable bedroom with a large double bed. They were responsive to all of my questions and helped me book a parking spot last minute. The pickup was easy and the staff was understanding and helpful despite my lack of french. I loved the apartment, especially the balcony. We made good use of the kitchen which was well stocked with everything we needed to cook some home meals when we wanted a break from dining out.
