Renovated in the same Art Deco style as the residence, this unique apartment with premium services is ideal to enjoy differently from its stay on the Cote d'Azur. Apartment fully air-conditioned, it will seduce you by its impressive privative terrace with panoramic sight on the sea, its volumes and its luminosity, as well as the quality Art Deco furniture offered in all rooms. The apartment is located on the 6th and last floor with elevator and free wifi internet connection by fiber optic is available. A few meters from the Promenade des Anglais, the apartment faces the sea, the neighborhood offers many local shops and the Promenade des Anglais offers an idyllic ballad space. In addition, you will find all transport facilities with a tramway station, a bus stop and a Bike Bleu station just a few meters from the apartment, allowing you to fully enjoy the city of Nice. The Seaview Terrace did not disappoint. The deck is large with dining table for 6 and chairs and lounges for relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped with an 4 burner induction cooktop, top of the line oven, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer. It was well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, etc. It does have a Nespresso machine, there is a capsule place a few blocks away. We suggest bringing a collapsible drip filter and your favorite ground coffee. We also rented the Les Aigles condo just across the all to accommodate all of us. This made it very convenient to get together for dinners. There are enough wine glasses, but they could be a bit larger :-) ##### Roger ### 6/10 Okay #### Angela G. It’s in the heart of the tourist district so if you want to go to old town it’s a 30 min drive each time. It’s loud and noisy at night. The AC unit doesn’t work well and the one in the master not at all. The amenities are sparse. No paper products - no laundry detergent etc. the beds are uncomfortable and the pillows are bricks. The furniture inside is very formal and small - not at all comfortable to relax after a long day. The apartment is old and smells musty and the sewer smell coming from the powder bath makes it unusable. The outdoor balcony is lovely but they’ve let the bushes grow which disrupts the view. It was safe and protected. I’ll never rent with Nestor Jeeves again - their entire process for check in and check out never worked well. You can’t get anyone via phone and the concept of their concierge app offers little help. I wish I had done more research for such an expensive place. ##### Angela G. The location gave us perfect access to the beach as well as restaurants, local merchants and the vieille ville. The apartment was roomy and well appointed and the terrace was our favorite place to be, giving us views of the beach and the Baie des Anges. The beautifully restored Art Deco Gloria Mansions made us feel like we were living in a work of art. We are already planning our return to Nice and this perfect apartment! ### 4/10 Poor #### Rola I. Jun 23, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, location Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy #### Terrible check in We arrived exhausted from our flight with our luggage. Nobody to greet us. We had to go to the office to retrieve the Keyes using a code. It was very hard to find the entrance to this property located in a large conglomerate. It was a Sunday, nobody to talk to, office closed. We were provided with a couple of pictures of the garage and an entrance gate. When we finally got into the flat, it was a dark place. The crank shutters were all down, another ordeal to open those heavy shutters. On another note the flat is large, but the third bedroom is really a sofa bed in a side living room. We had nobody to show us around the property. Also the furniture is old and very dated. On a positive note it is close to the promenade but does not have the big sea view of the buildings right on the promenade. The pictures on Vrbo show such a happy lively welcoming place, not our experience. Also on a positive note the concierge was responsive to book transfers etc.. ##### Rola I.
