Decorated in a contemporary way and design, you will be in large apartment with large volumes very bright. The white furniture adds to the design and light side of the apartment. You will be charmed by the terrace of the apartment with its side view of the sea. In addition, the apartment offers large spaces, especially in the living room, making it a very friendly apartment. The apartment is on the 6th floor and has access by elevator and free wifi internet connection by fiber optic . Air conditioning is in the living-room and in the master bedroom. You will be ideally located a few meters from the Promenade des Anglais, the sea and beaches. A few minutes walk you will reach the pedestrian street with its many restaurants, as well as Place Masséna. Hardly further, you will reach Jean Médecin and all its shops, as well as the Old Town where you can try all the local specialties. There is a tramway stop a few meters from the apartment, allowing you to easily get around Nice. In addition, the city offers many Blue Bike points, offering a different ride option. The SNCF train station also offers a quick way to visit the surrounding cities. LES AIGLES is arranged as follows: TERRACE: Furnished with two tables and 4 chairs. LIVING ROOM : Equipped with a beautiful sofa and white leather armchair as well as a flat screen TV. KITCHEN: American kitchen separated from the living room by a bar and overlooking a dining table for 4 people. Equipped with a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a Nespresso machine and a toaster. RED BED HEAD: The first bedroom has a King size bed, a dresser and a large closet and overlooks the terrace. WHITE ROOM: The second bedroom has two single beds and a closet and overlooks the terrace. The host charged for the stay significantly higher amount than the price listed on VRBO. Additionally, they charged me twice for the parking. I provided all the support of the charges and the listed price. However, no one get back to me awaiting on the resolution of this matter. I will be keeping everyone updated. An Art Deco building which is an architectural gem. Our apartment on the top floor was airy, spacious and with two balconies one of which gave a view of the sea. The property was as advertised and clean. The building was beautiful and located right next to a number 2 Tram stop and a bus stop. Easy walk to the beach. We had an issue come up and relayed that to the property mgmt company. They responded quickly and had someone take of the issue. It's not a bid deal but if you have luggage we'd recommend going to the building first with your bags. There is a courtyard area off of the street where one person can wait with the bags while the other walks down the street to retrieve and drop off the keys at the property mgmt office. Reliability of trams in the evening from old Nice was an issue but Uber was great. All groceries and bakery and beach within a block. A large French press would be useful otherwise well stocked kitchen. A Better broom and garbage bags would be helpful. The extra fridge for wine beer and water was excellent.
