Looking like a cover shoot from Designer Homes magazine, this beautiful three bed apartment is the epitome of style. Achingly cool, Maison Dior is a perfect example of classic taste combined with a highly desirable, city centre location, making this the ideal apartment for a luxury city break in Nice.  
Light, spacious and beautifully designed with twin balconies wrapping around the north and west aspects, overlooking a quaint little park in the extremely popular Quartier Etoile neighbourhood, Maison Dior is perfect for those with unquestionable good taste.

The open plan living area is light, spacious and stylish with a two seater sofa, two designer armchairs and a flat screen Phillips TV (140cm, 170 channels incl Netflix and French TV) with Sony soundbar and access to the wrap around balcony through three large French doors. There is a dining table that seats six leading into the kitchen area.  
There is WiFi throughout the property. Download speed 272 mbps and upload speed 365 mbps  
  
Outside Space  
The 17 m2 balcony wraps around the north and west corner of the property overlooking a quaint traditional Nicoise park on Rue Foncet in the Quartier Etoile neighbourhood.

The contemporary kitchen area is fully equipped with electric hobs, oven and microwave combination. There is a traditional cafetiere so you can enjoy your morning coffee and croissant on the balcony.. There are plenty of cupboards and storage and fridge freezer and sink.

The master bedroom boasts a super kingsize bed, air con, flat screen smart TV and plenty of built-in storage. There is also an en-suite bathroom connected to this bedroom.
