The home is in Malbosquet, a quiet and lovely area just a 10-minute drive from Vence. The house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the upper floor with a large balcony with stunning sea views, while two double rooms are on the lower floor. All bedrooms are nicely furnished with double beds, AC, and their own bathrooms and separate toilets. There is also a windowless room at the bottom of the house with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) for two people. A shower room is connected to the room, and you can use the toilet on the floor above. The large, bright living room with access to the terrace is tastefully furnished with a comfortable seating group for relaxation and socializing. The dining room invites you to lovely meals, comfortably accommodating six people around the large dining table. However, it can also accommodate up to 10 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, functional, and practical, with plenty of storage and workspace to make cooking easy and enjoyable. From the kitchen, there is access to the terrace, which has another six-person dining area. The large 1300 sqm garden is a natural extension of the house and offers peace and tranquillity among olive, lemon, and mandarin trees. The garden has a large terrace perfect for relaxing with friends and family. The 11 x 4 m pool offers refreshing coolness on hot days. This exclusive villa, built around 2000, is very well maintained and in excellent condition. It is surrounded by large hedges and a wall that provides a high degree of privacy and tranquillity. The villa is located in a peaceful area, and you can enjoy total seclusion. The entrance to the garden is through a locked pedestrian gate, and there is an electric gate that opens for cars. Inside the gate, there is plenty of space to park up to three cars, making it easy for you to welcome guests. Malbosquet is an area in charming Vence, located in the French region of Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur. The site is known for its beautiful, peaceful surroundings, which include lush trees and mountain landscapes. Malbosquet is a sought-after area due to its privacy and tranquillity. Despite its seclusion, It is near the city centre and its amenities. Here, you can find many shops, restaurants, cafes, historical sights, and cultural places to explore. You can walk to a bakery 15 minutes from the house if you want freshly baked croissants for breakfast. The bus station, where you can take local and long-distance buses, is also located at the same distance. From here, you can reach Nice airport, Polygon Riviera, a large shopping centre in Cagnes-sur-Mer, and other exciting places. About 3 km from Vence, on a hill, is the picturesque village of St. Paul de Vence, known for its art galleries and shops. The city is full of narrow streets and historic buildings, including the famous hotel Colombe d’Or, which has had many well-known artists and writers over the years. The Malbosquet area is also close to the famous Riviera, which offers the opportunity to enjoy the Mediterranean and its fantastic beaches. Ground floor and upstairs bedroom were good but some maintenance needed. Fortunately one of our party didn"t come so the accommodation on the lower floor was not used as it would not have been useable because of the strong smell from the garage. Some warning about the high number of mosquitos outside would have been very helpful.Unfortunately the host didn"t turn up for eother the check-in or the check-out times which made these parts stressful for ys. ##### Terry R. Séjour de 7 nuits en juillet 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Dirk P. 24 août 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Familienurlaub in einem fantastischen Haus Wir, eine vierköpfige Familie mit zwei Hunden, haben den Aufenthalt in Villa Mo-Strom sehr genossen. Es handelt sich um ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und großzügiges Haus, das gut ausgestattet ist. Der Pool ist riesig und bestens gepflegt. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingefriedet, so dass man Haustiere frei laufen lassen kann. Die Villa liegt etwas außerhalb von Vence in einem reinen Wohngebiet. Ein guter Bäcker ist fußläufig zu erreichen, Supermärkte per Auto in 5 Minuten. Die Hausverwalterin Viveka war sehr herzlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Alles in allem ist es ein Haus, in dem man in Ruhe herrlich relaxen kann und gleichzeitig die touristischen Hotspots Nizza, Antibes und Cannes schnell erreicht. ##### Dirk P.
