Palais des Arts is a comfortable one bedroom apartment located in a safety and modern building on rue de France right in front of the tramway station Grosso Cum. The flat offers an entrance, a queen size bed bedroom with dressing and ensuite shower room, a separate toilet, a living room with double sofa bed, a full equipped kitchen. It offers central air conditioning. You will be delighted by having your breakfast from the quiet terrace that is accessible from all rooms of the flat.
