### Gilli - 2 bedroom apartment

This Contemporary two-bedroom apartment is a true gem, located in the heart of Nice’s historical old town. Hidden among the narrow winding streets of Vieux Ville, Gilli offers instant access to all the tourist highlights that make this beautiful city so popular. The colourful Cours Saleya flower market, with its inviting open air cafes and restaurants, can be found on the next street and from the Promenade des Anglais with its world famous pebble beach is only few paces away.  
  
The apartment itself offers a stylish mix of historic Niçoise charm and crisp contemporary décor as traditional terracotta tomettes flooring meets a crisp white palette splashed with pops of colour from fashionable furniture and vibrant artwork.  
  
If you’re looking for colourful comfort steeped in historical surroundings with everything Nice has to offer on your doorstep then Gilli is the place for your Stay.  
  
Living area  
  
The open plan living area has a clean crisp feel, with a modern two-seater sofa, circular wooden coffee table and easy chair. A Saba 43 inch smart TV is mounted to the wall allowing guests to relax and enjoy their latest box set binge. The traditional tomettes tiled flooring stands out as a real feature in this apartment, which along with air con throughout will keep guests cool during the warm summer months.  
  
Kitchen and Dining  
  
The modern kitchen is separate from the lounge / dining area and features an array of equipment from cooker/oven with electrics  
  
hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Guests can enjoy their morning croissants and coffee whilst sat at the stylish three-seater breakfast bar.  
  
There is a wooden dining table with seating for four that can be found in the open plan living / dining area.  
  
Bedrooms  
  
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is light, airy and benefits from a soothing neutral palette with a comfortable king-size bed that faces two large windows. A fitted wardrobe and cupboard provides storage space and there is air con for those warm summer nights.  
  
The second bedroom also features neutral tones and a comfortable double bed.  
  
Bathroom  
  
The uber modern bathroom features a toilet and a walk in shower, with large rainfall showerhead. There is a contemporary sink and unit with large light up mirror.  
  
Outside Space  
  
The street where Gilli is located is a bustling artery through the Old Town littered with quirky shops, ice cream parlours, boulangeries, grocery shops and restaurants. Only a few steps away is the bar/brasserie ‘Distillerie Ideales’, which is a hidden gem in Nice, known for its unique Parisienne steampunk styling and perfect for an outdoor apero whilst watching the variety of people parading up and down the street
