Il vous faudra accéder par des marches au 1er étage d'un immeuble traditionnel d’une vielle ville historique. Toutes les stations passent par Fabron, Grosso & Gambetta pour le quartier des Fleurs, Alsace Lorraine Et Jean Médecin pour les quartiers des Musiciens, d’Or ou Masséna, le quartier du Pin et pour finir le quartier du Port. Une correspondance avec la ligne 1 se fait à la Station JEAN MÉDECIN. Une correspondance avec la ligne 3 se fait à la Station GRAND ARÉNAS. Les taxis : Le plus direct : Ils sont présents à chaque terminal 1 & 2.15 minutes vous suffiront pour vous déposer directement à votre appartement. Il y a un forfait fixe officiel obligatoirement appliqué + le tarif des bagages. Renseignez-vous bien et précisez-le au chauffeur ; il ne peut pas vous le refuser. Normalement, le coût est payable par carte de crédit. Le bus : La navette pour l'aéroport (le bus 98) est à la fois bon marché et pratique. Elle passe toutes les vingt minutes dans la journée et vous déposera dans le centre, vers la Gare Nice Thiers. J’ai choisi d’arriver par le train Le tramway – Le meilleur marché : Pour aller à la ligne n°1, sortez sur la gauche de la gare et descendez vers l'avenue Thiers jusqu'à l'avenue Jean Médecin (c’est indiqué par des panneaux signalétiques). Les tramways passent toutes les cinq minutes et le billet a un faible coût. La ligne 1 dessert le centre et les deux quartiers Nord de Nice. Une correspondance avec la ligne 3 se fait à la Station GRAND ARÉNAS. Une correspondance avec la Ligne 2 (Aéroport / Port) est à la Station JEAN MÉDECIN. The location was absolutely perfect, 10 minutes from public transport and 5 minutes to the water. First time in nice so I’m unsure if this is the same with other apartments. Firstly, the toilet clogs most of the time. My partner had to use the plunger which was hopeless to unclog the toilet for a good 20 minutes. Secondly, it is peak summer and we were so grateful for the a/c however, there was noticeable mold next to unit. Other mentions, bedroom door needs doesn’t stay open for cool air to come through so maybe remove, shower water went everywhere and glass screen isn’t secured. When we asked for it to be addressed, the staff were rude and dismissive. The so-called concierge system was useless—they acted annoyed whenever we needed help and rarely had time for us. The room itself was in awful condition. Our curtain rod fell off, hit me, and left dust everywhere. The bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned, the toilet was broken, and the shower glass was loose so water leaked all over the floor. The AC unit barely got any air into the bedroom, there was no coffee table as described in the photos. The couch had stains all over it and was covered with a cloth. Could not walk around barefoot as the floor was dirty. The common areas were just as bad: the hallway was filthy with rotting bread on the floor, and many lights barely worked.
