If you are looking for both a central yet tranquil location then this apartment is for you!

Located in the most prestigious residence in Nice, "Palais de la Méditerranée" in the heart of Carré d'or, This luxury 1 bedroom modern apartment gives you direct access to the beach and it's at only 30 seconds walking distance from the 'Pedestrian zone', and at only 5 minute walk from the main shopping district (Avenue Jean Medecin) and the old town. The apartment is part of the "Mediterranean Palace" Building (5 star Hyatt Regency hotel). You have access to Concert hall, Casino and Restaurant in the building.

The building is highly secured with cameras, special keys to enter building and to operate the lifts and security guards and firemen are present in the building. The modern structure brings even more comfort with it's soundproof isolation and double glazed windows and the building is newly constructed with latest earthquake safety standards.

While located in the heart of Nice city center the apartment is extremely quiet and what you would hear most are birds singing in it's beautiful exotic garden. The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms and there is a spacious 15 m2 balcony if you choose to benefit from outdoors.

Logement conforme à la description de l'annonce. Très Très bien situé, très propre et la propriété est calme. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement à Nice. Excellent séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle ville de Nice que nous connaissions mais dans laquelle nous avons toujours eu plaisir à passer des vacances. L'appartement est au top, quasiment neuf et très confortable.Literie excellente, linge de maison d'excellente qualité, climatisation..tout y est. Nous avons été accueillis par Roberto , super gentil, souriant et disponible ... Idem pour le gardien de l'immeuble qui vous dis bonjour le matin, toujours avec le sourire, et qui répond à toutes vos questions... Cet appartement est idéalement situé dans Nice, prés du centre ville, du marché aux fleurs, du vieux Nice, des grands magasins. Pas besoin de voiture sauf si nous voulions sortir de Nice. Nous reviendrons l'an prochain et nous recommandons fortement cette location. A et Y Jeanneret.

Very good stay in Nice!

First of all, the flat is really well located: the seafront just nearby, lots of restaurants, city markets and delis really close (less than 5min walk). It is easy to walk from the flat to any point of interest in the city. Flat was clean, just as expected. Baby chair and cot were present as required. Just the right size for a couple + a baby. Late arrival was possible without additional charge what was key for us. In the same way, the service was just perfect. Thanks Roxanne for everything: the details provided while we were booking the flat, the check in and your nice welcome despite a late arrival and a delayed flight, all the advises you gave to us (restaurants, places to go to, ...) This being said, definitely a place we strongly recommend!

Great stay and wonderful hostess!

Our stay was very pleasant and Roxanne our hostess was absolutely a delight as she took care of every request. The location is the best you can ask for as it is close to everything including restaurants, shopping and of course across the street from the beach area. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 has to do with little attention to details such as proper sized linens for the bed and more comfortable pillows. Overall a great stay and would come back again!

Best apartment & location!We spent 2 weeks in a beautiful apartment in Nice, which is the best location. Apartment located in Hyatt Residence across the beach with quiet yard where you can enjoy listening to birds. Great communication with this host!

Our stay in this unit was fantastic. The location was perfect and Roxanne’s suggestions and communication exceeded expectations. We prefer to stay in rentals when we travel and this was a good one. We walked everywhere, slept comfortably and were able to eat our lunches at home each day.

Short Stay in Nice

Spent 5 days here in mid October. Location is perfect ....and apartment as well, A 2 minute walk to the Promenade... and steps from restaurants,shops,bakeries. Elevatorand a lovely,large terrace accessible from either the living area or the bedroom.Very clean. Communication with Roxanne from check-in to check-out was easy. She met us at the entrance to the apt., gave an overview of the area, how to operate the washing machine,dishwasher etc. And answered questions that arose promptly. Planning a longer visit in the near future and this apt will be our go to.

Great Place

We had a great 7 night stay. Very comfortable and well stocked with towels and paper products. Great location. We walked to most all the sites and restaurants. Eat at the recommended restaurants. Great place to enjoy the promenade and easy transport to Monaco, Antibe and others.

Wonderful Location in Nice

We spent 3 weeks at this wonderful apartment and enjoyed it very much. It is secure and very safe. The location just across from the beach and all local attractions made it close to everything. We enjoyed the large deck with outdoor seating. Communication with Roxanne was perfect and she promptly answered any questions that we had and gave great recommendations. We would stay here again.

5 days in Paradise

We spent 5 days in Nice. The location is amazing and the 1 bedroom apartment was large, clean and had everything that we needed. Roxanne was amazing from the moment we booked the apartment, during check-in and all throughout our stay. She offered several suggestions for places that might interest us.
