The bright and welcoming living room features a sofa bed for two and opens onto a large terrace with stunning panoramic sea views. The main bedroom offers a beautiful open view of the mountains. The independent, fully equipped kitchen leads to a second balcony overlooking the hills.  
  
  
  
For your comfort, you have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a TV. The location is ideal: just a 2-minute walk from Cros de Cagnes, a former fishing village with authentic charm. You can easily reach the beach, enjoy seaside restaurants, or explore the local market held every Tuesday and Thursday morning.
