"We loved our stay at Rancho Majagual!! I traveled with a large group, and we took over the whole property. The beach and surrounding areas were among the most beautiful I've ever been to. Very private and protected, but plenty of other beaches to explore nearby on foot. The property manager and concierge really understood our group's needs, and went out of their way to accommodate us. As is typical for the region, there were a few quirks with plumbing, etc, but that's to be expected. We loved it...

"Perfect for our family of 7. One 8 year old. Close to numerous good restaurants, surfing, walks, tide pools and surf board rentals. House was lovely and having a small pool was great. Easy to prepare our own meals if we chose to. Our host Karina, was amazing. Always available, always helpful. She even found a delicious birthday cake at the last minute. I hope to return. "

"The staff is so friendly and accommodating! We booked the airport shuttle through the hotel and were worried we were going to miss it because our flight got delayed 5 hours. Turns out they track your flight and wait for you, even in the middle of the night! Typically costs $50USD or $55USD if odd hours (we ended up getting in around 3am). The driver was so friendly and even gave us a little history on the town as we were driving in. Once we arrived staff who checked us in was also super friendly! The AC works great, but keep in mind there’s no hot water in the bathrooms. The property is GORGEOUS and the pool is stunning with an open view of the sky and the church across the street. The hotel is also in a central location for walking to shops and a little flea market our driver told us about. The downstairs cafe drinks and food were also good. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay here longer! "

"Super convenient location when flying back , very quick taxi ride with 24hrs service 👍rooms are very basic but clean.The Restaurant is not the best with a limited menu. I had to remind a staff member to wash her hands before touching the food , because she was handling money just before she went into the kitchen."
