Lot of noise on a Sat nite with neigbors ac . very loud. Also the blinds are white in the trailer allowing too much light early morning. Otherwise convenient location, love outdoor pool and served our 1 overnight needs

We had an enjoyable stay. Though, 3 bedrooms, the rooms are extremely small. Very expensive for the value you get. No towels, no bedsheets, no duvets and no pillowcases.

It was nice and super clean. The staff was very friendly and the amenities were great. Can’t wait to come back again next summer. Would definitely recommend.

The listing was not clear that towels and sheets are not provided although you can get sheets for an extra $55. And there is no daily housekeeping as the listing indicates.

The property is nice and quiet.The pool was closed for one of the days we were there.No one said anything.The staff is almost non existent.They give you a piece of barcode to scan for info but all there was there was real estate info on how to buy a property there. Too overpriced for advertising it as a resort and having the pool closed.I would not stay there again.

Overall the property was well kept.However I found the property to be expensive for the price and amenities.The description mentioned 1 queen bed, 2 twins, bunks and a pull out sofa. There was no Twin bed on the property. The rooms are small and there is no space to walk around in the main bedroom or the bunk bedrooms.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our time at Vine Ridge Resort. It was a great quiet place to stay while visiting Niagara Falls away from the bustle. Unfortunately the large pool was closed during our visit because of flooding in the area but that was beyond the resorts control. The smaller pool was still open. We enjoyed having the separate bedroom area for the kids in our trailer. It should be better advertised that linens and paper products are not included as we were not prepared for this and had to buy some.

This resort has amazing potential. The amenities on the grounds are fantastic and would be wonderful for young families. Unfortunately our unit was lacking a few basic amenities such as a coffee maker and an iron. We were told to bring sheets and pillow cases, which we did, however there were also no blankets available so we went without. This would not be comfortable in cooler weather. The location was great for biking to wineries. Overall this could be a fantastic spot with a few minor upgrades.

This was such a great spot, especially for the cost. It is cottage living, so bringing your own bedding unless you want to pay extra, but we were happy to do that! Units are nicely furnished and the pools and outdoor games area are lovely. We also loved having a deck to sit out on! It’s very family friendly, but our little birthday party fit right in. It’s nice and quiet, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the other guests/owners were also friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Don’t stay here. We arrived and stayed here as part of a week long vacation. When checking in, they said that sheets cost extra, and they don’t provide towels. We had to go to wal mart to buy towels. They are trailers (mobile homes), not cottages. The beds are uncomfortable, and the toilet is slow to fill. Also, there is not any kind of television available and the internet is very slow. A very disappointing stay. The surrounding area is beautiful.
