Building being rezoned for demolition Unfortunately this was not what we expected at all. The pictures of the exterior was from long ago. The building had a Public Notice Sign stating the site had applications for rezoning for a medium density residential apartments. The exterior of the building had not seen any upkeep in years. We asked for a refund and were refused.
