Please enjoy this unique guesthouse backing onto a vineyard and five minutes away from several of Niagara's best know wineries. Here, you will enjoy your self-catered (continental breakfast supplied) vacation spot with fully equipped kitchen, private patio and private garden spot. In addition, we have a large Pergola adjacent to the vineyard available for eating. This must be reserved in advance. The master bedroom has it's own private deck overlooking the vineyard. Two additional bedrooms (2 Queen) are available as well as two roll away singles. Base rate is for two people then $80 per night per person after the first two guests. Children under two years old will not be charged. This seemingly isolated property is only a five minute drive from the Old Town and all it has to offer. The owners greeted us upon arrival and gave us an orientation. The place was set up well and looked like the photos. Our only comment for future guests is that you may want to bring some bottled water, the well water had a bit of an earthy taste - it was perfectly safe, but had a distinctive flavour. The house was spacious for the 10 of us, comfortable and clean. The breakfast items were very nice. The house is situated in an ideal area in relation to the wineries. We especially enjoyed the vineyards surrounding the home; so pretty. The communication with the owners was very good. I asked for some recommendations for dinner for a group our size and received a quick response with many helpful ideas. The whole experience was great. Our group had a wonderful time! ##### David O.
