It has been recently rescued and renovated. It has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms on the second floor. The HUGE living room, library and dining room, kitchen and half bath are on the first floor. It is fully furnished for you to make yourselves at home. The kitchen is stocked with all the items you need to make your own meals if you wish. If you do not wish to cook, there are restaurants 1 block away on Third Street and more near the Falls. ​ The front porch is a lovely place to relax in the evening after a day of sightseeing or grill up some dinner in the backyard/garden. It is fascinating and stimulating for those who appreciate history and architecture. It took use a while to comprehend and navigate through the two stories house. Very clean and plenty of space and furniture. Carroll was very welcoming and cooperative, answered all our questions and inquired about the house and the neighborhood. It was big, comfortable and homey for our family. The owners did a great job fixing it back up. The original woodwork and other turn of the century elements of the house are beautiful. The owners were wonderful, friendly and responsive. The location was convenient with easy walks and short drives. We would definitely stay here again. Lots of space and the house was so cute! We would definitely stay here again. The home was very clean and well kept. The only negative I would share is that I would not walk to the property after dark. Some areas between the falls and the house are a bit sketchy. ##### Christie W.
