The townhome was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a small hiccup with our check-in as we didn't get the unlock code until the morning of and I had a little difficulty reaching the owner. It all ended up fine, it just made me a little nervous as I was also having issues with the VRBO app making it difficult to check messages. Parking pass was not in the condo so we had to go to the hotel desk next door to obtain a pass. Later in the visit we noticed that there were reserved spaces in the hotel parking lot for the condos. When we settled in for our visit, the bathroom was not cleaned to match the rest of the condo and this was dissappointing. Nevertheless, the location was ideal for visiting the Niagara Falls Park and in a nice area of the town. ##### Robert O. We really enjoyed the great location of this property, literally across the street from a pathway in the State Park that leads down to the river and falls. Two blocks from the main park entrance. And, the property itself is very nice. Well appointed, very clean, everything is is modern, new, fresh. Kitchen is well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. The area around the apartment is quiet and safe, lots of tourists walking by the building all day and never a problem. Plus, the free off-street parking (maybe 100 feet from the apartment building) is a huge benefit in a tourist town like Niagara Falls. ##### brad w.
