Lots of rooms with lots of beds. Fit the whole family very comfortably. Walmart was a few minutes drive and bought stuff for bfast. Walking distance to Niagara Falls and Canada (~10 minutes easy pace walk with the whole family). Overall, the property was comfortable, great price, SAFE, great location. Got my passkey in a timely manner.

Older home

I really enjoyed my stay here. It is older than it looks in the pictures but it has that older home charm, to me. My only complaint was the king bed only had 2 pillows so if you like pillows you might want to bring some. Other than that my stay was pretty good.

Spacious House, Great Location, Needs Better Clean

The house itself is beautiful and matched the pictures shown on Hotels.com, but it definitely needs more attention to cleanliness. Pictures are enhanced to looking bright. The size is impressive 6 bedrooms with 2 kings and 4 queens which worked well for my family (2 small child and 2 young adults, each able to have their own bed). The bathrooms were clean, but the rest of the house could really use a deep cleaning, and the kitchen needs a new set of dishes to replace the broken ones. Luckily, I brought my own supplies. I understand why the price is lower, as the area itself isn’t the nicest, but I did feel safe during my stay. On the positive side, the walking distance to Niagara Falls was excellent, which made it very convenient. Overall, it was an okay 3-night stay spacious with a great location, but in need of better upkeep to make it truly comfortable.
