### THE RECTORY - 5 BEDROOMS, 1800SF, NIAGARA US

This was the former Rectory to the church next door! It has gorgeous hardwoods throughout and the whole house was completely renovated to showcase the beauty of this historic gem.  
  
4 bedrooms are on the second floor and one bedroom is on the first floor. The only full bathroom is on the second floor. There is a half bathroom on the first floor.  
  
The basement has games and laundry for guest use.  
  
We also have cameras on the front and side of the house.

Guests have access to the entire house including the basement  
Other things to note  
No parties, must be 21+, no local guests unless prior approval from host.
