It was clean, had comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Water pressure in the showers were good although the flow in the kitchen sink was slow and minimal. Could have used an extra garbage bag in the kitchen as well. It was a short drive to the hustle and bustle in Niagara, but was calm and quiet in the neighborhood of the apartment. We were very happy with the property, it was up to date and clean and a great value. We felt safe and the parking right in front was a plus. The upstairs deck was a really nice feature. By staying a little farther out, we were able to spend more money on all of the attractions and it was a short drive to the falls. If you can’t do stairs, you might want to consider another property because there’s stairs up to the door, then stairs up to the main floor and more stairs up to the upstairs bed and bath, but we didn’t have any problem. The location was ideal for a short taxi ride or a walk down to part of the strip. The town was very clean, smelt wonderful when we arrived, and felt so welcoming with the cute little signs throughout the house. The unit has a large deck which would be splendid in the warmer months. Communicating with Linda was easy with her prompt response. She was able to accommodate our needs on short notice, and was a pleasure to rent from. This would be a great place for a family vacation or a small group of friends.
