Short and long term renting are also available This luxury bungalow that sits on 36 acres, will make you feel at home the moment you walk in the front door into the large Great room, witch consists of Living room Kitchen and Dining area with plenty of room for all your guests, this open concept space is so that everyone can enjoy each others company. From there you walk out onto a large covered deck with a bar-b-q and picnic tables, then follow the deck down to the 6 acres that are cleared to enjoy the back yard for out door games and activities, there are walking trails though out the rest of the property. There is horse shoe pits and a fire pit to enjoy the peace and quite of the country setting. The master bedroom with En Suite is very roomy and comfortable with a King size bed and the bathroom has a double wide jacuzzi, separate Shower with window to look out into the beautiful country setting, double sink with large mirror, sleeps 2 people, it also has a patio door to the back deck. The 2nd bedroom -The Flower Room - has a Queen size bed with double wide closets and dresser with mirror, sleeps 2 people The 3rd bedroom - Has 2 beds 1 Queen size bed and 1 single bed this room sleeps 3 people, great for kids. The Main bathroom in the hallway has a combination Tub/Shower with double sinks and a large mirror. The Laundry Room bathroom has a stand up shower with a toilet single sink with mirror. The washer and dryer are located in the room as well. This house is only a 10 minute drive to all the major attraction on Clifton Hill, the brink of Niagara Falls, Niagara River where you can go Kayaking ( we supply 2 kayaks) Lake Erie with plenty of beaches. Was excited for good weather good food and good friends. This property has all the amenities you could need from kitchen supplies, to clean home, a great deck, tons of outdoor space and a giant fire pit. What it also came with was a lot of misleading info. Upon arrival, we noticed a few vehicles on the property. The owners stated after a txt msg that it was them that lived there and they would be home shortly, which was not disclosed. They said it was VRBO rules that they had to reside on the property.Then we see a travel trailer off to the side of the yard that is also being occupied by another unknown male. 2 other strangers showed @2am making some of the girls uncomfortable while around the fire. In total, we counted was 5-6 ppl coming and going from the property that was not disclosed AT ALL before booking/paying. Had I known there was going to be so many strangers, I would not have booked this. This was a group of women looking to have a great weekend with some beverages, suntanning and privacy. Needless to say some of the fun was held back knowing there was possibly eyes on us. I would give this place a 2 out of 5 strictly due to the misleading info, the curated photos that don’t show all the “junk” on the property and 2 travel trailers that seemed to be lived in on the property. not making me aware of anyone living in the property. ##### Jennifer J. Outside space was fun for our toddler, and home owner brought out adorable play equipment for her enjoyment. Owners live downstairs and there was at least one travel camper also parked on the property with someone staying in it. We didn’t realize that until arrival but it was not an issue. Great back deck and fire pit for outdoor enjoyment and gorgeous sunset over the acres of grass-cut pathways for nice little walks. Only 15 minutes to Falls attractions. Inside furniture could use some updates-it wasn’t that comfortable for sitting around to watch tv or just converse but we spent most of our time elsewhere anyway.
