This beautiful apartment is clean and comfortable. It can sleep 6 people and includes 3 bedrooms, a living room, indoor sunroom, dining room, one full bathroom and one half bathroom, full working kitchen, back yard sitting area, and WiFi. This rental is on the lower floor with another separate apartment above it. The main entrance and parking area are shared, but everything else is private.

Close to the falls, felt safe. Clean on all rooms. The only negative is there needs to be thicker curtains in the front room for privacy, and the blond in 2nd bedroom needs fixed as it felt like we wereyrying to sleep in the lights. Also, really needs a personal touch in living room, there are no decorations on the walls and needs better seating. But al in all great place!!T

Beautiful apartment, and exactly as described: clean, nicely decorated, in a safe neighborhood, but just a 10-minute drive from all the Niagara attractions. Very responsive host. Loved it!

Apartment is in the ghetto. I had to contact the owner to get access to the property hours after they were suppose to get me check in instructions. The towels were used and in the tub. The beds were slept in and there was a used bandage on the floor. Somone was parked in my assigned parking spot behind the building, so I had to move my truck to the opposite side of the street every night at midnight. The second floor tenants were extremely loud ALL NIGHT and there are bright lights in the back of the building with no shades on the windows.

Very cute, nicely decorated quaint home with three bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Cute murals surrounding the parking. Very clean. Responsive host. Quick drive to the falls. The only downside was the tv remote was missing a battery and so not working, and there was no creamer for the coffee.

The neighborhood was wonderful! Close enough to everything we wanted to see and do, but not in a super busy area. the house was clean and spacious and had everything we could need.

Bare bones, but clean and functional

The place was clean, and the manager friendly. He apparently had a problem with the cleaning company, but we were only missing a couple pillows and towels, which he promptly replaced. It's an old building, with a recent face-lift. The floors were re-done, windows replaced, and the walls repainted. The floors squeak loudly enough to wake the dead, and the doors are not much better.The furnishings are sufficient, but the tiny refrigerator which others complained about, is back in place. The apartment is advertised as accommodating 6 people. Well, there are 6 forks, 6 dinner knives, etc. But hey, at least there were 8 dinner plates. They also had 2 well used fry pans, and a couple serving utensils (not including a serving spoon or turner). As a guy, I can safely say that the place was designed/outfitted, by a guy.Although I paid a significant up-front "cleaning fee" along with this rental, there was still a "cleaning tips" jar on the dining room table when we arrived. If I intended to leave an additional tip, I'm sure I could have figured it out.The parking area is a little tight, but usable. If you have a second car, you need to park it on the street, alternating sides each day.Anyway, it's fine overall. It's not the ritz, and the kitchen could use a little bit of an upgrade, but if you need somewhere to stay for a few days, this is fine. No hidden cameras, no bed bugs, no grime, no overly loud environmental noise.

Niagara Falls Stay

We had a great time! The place was super spacious and clean. There were 4 of us and 3 rooms (one with bunk beds). It was nice to have such a good amount of space for all of us. Kitchen had all the essentials. The fridge isn’t a full size fridge which was fine since we were only there 1 night. The 1.5 bath was great. They had all the essentials for that as well. This was a bottom unit so you could hear the people walking around above but it didn’t bother us. Parking was a really nice bonus as well. Everything went smoothly and we had a great time. We would definitely stay again!

The apartment was very cute. It was clean and very roomy. Communication with the the host was excellent. It is located a bit of a distance from the Niagara Falls park, but it was in a clean quiet neighborhood so it was worth the small drive.

Wonderful stay and amazing host

We enjoyed our stay. The home was as expected in the description. I really appreciated having a space to park in the back. Having three complete bedrooms and an extra half bath were perfect for our family. The rooms were clean. The dining area was fantastic. Check-in was easy. Its just a short drive to the falls and many places to eat are close by. The host went above and beyond when we forgot something behind. Thank you!

Family get away

This house is really cute and conveniently located so that the falls and attractions were close by but the noise and lights didn't keep us up at night.everything we needed was available but note there is only a mini fridge not full size fridge. The house was very clean and comfortable. My only CC complaint was hearing the upstairs neighbors as the went up or down the stairs. Otherwise this place was great?!

Eclipse getaway

Stayed for three nights with my husband and another couple. Very convenient for getting to the falls and surrounding area. The apartment was clean, we didn't have any problems. Just wish the fridge was larger and maybe some towel hooks in the bathroom and hangers in the closets.

NOT FAR FROM THE FALLS.

If you are going to the falls, this is for you. About a five-minute car ride. Place was as advertised with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Family was satisfied with the accommodations. Not far from the wineries either.

Niagara holiday

Our rental worked out perfectly for our 2 night visit to the Falls. My French family of four and I had enough room to spread out and kitchen was stocked enough to cook several meals. The location was fine for easy access to the Falls.
