Clifton Hill with all of its glory and attractions is just a short walk away from the rental. We are directly on the bus route and a stop is located in front of our home. This is a studio apt. no separate bedroom. The room has a double bed, lazy boy and Smart TV. A microwave and mini fridge are also available for quick meals as is a washer and dryer. Bring your furry friend and if you are allergic, please book elsewhere ..we love animals. A BBQ is available but must be cleaned after use and depending on season, an above ground pool can be used. Relax in the hot tub room or on a personalized back deck after a fantastical day out viewing the falls and Niagara On the Lake , which is a short 20 minute drive away. Ask about our bike rentals as well. The place smelled of cat urine, there was cat hair on the table, hand prints on the walls, mirrors dirty, when we pulled blanket back there were stains on sheets. Recliner was dirty spots. The pool had a hose in it...hot tub had so much chlorine you could barely breathe. I was VERY dissatisfied, I could have brought my camper but was excited for the hot tub and couldn't even use it. We left at 11:30 pm cuz we were NOT sleeping on stained sheets. I would NOT recommend this place to amyone. ##### Laurie Y.
