Another unit is including entire main floor and an ensuite, also common area :) \- When you are wanting to party together, just simply open the door blocking both units :)) It is only minutes away from the tourist attraction, both kids and adults would be able to find their own happiness down there at Clifton Hill and the FALLS. With unlimited free street parking and two parking spots available on the driveway, you could save at least $40 for parking in the downtown area by using our huge parking spots. For short term use works fine. The walk to the falls was easy and plenty of places to eat down there. Neighborhood was quiet except for one morning we did have to call the police becacuse someone was screaming out front. It did not bother us as we never felt in any danger. The house was close enough to save on parking when visiting all the attractions down by the falls. We even walked across back into the states to view both sides.
