We are located on the Canadian side of the Niagara Falls. This home is perfect for your next family vacation or stay-cation! We hope you enjoy your stay with us and have a memorable visit at our Evergreen Vacation Home! Parking: \- Free parking on site for 4 vehicles Living room: \- Open concept design of the house makes it spacious for any sized family, making entertaining and hanging out with friends and family a breeze \- Pull out couch available for additional sleep space \- Free WiFi throughout the home, great for those working from home \- Free access to Smart TV (includes Netflix and Roku), equipped with an HDMI cord \- Complimentary Bluetooth Karaoke machine \- Box of fun board games and card games \- Plenty of cozy seating for family chats, game nights, and bonding! \- Pack n Play is available for use, \*\*but must inform the Host when booking to put it out for guest before arrival. We are located on the Canadian side, just a 5 min drive from Niagara Falls, and a quick 20 min walk from the city’s tourist attractions and entertainment, such as Clifton Hills, the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark, Niagara SkyWheel, the Great Canadian Midway arcade, and most of all, touring the amazing scenic spots of the falls itself! Amenities such as Shoppers Drug Mart, Tim Hortons, Dollarama, banks, convenience stores, food shops, and local restaurants are all within \~ 15 min walking distance from the home. \- We ask guests to be mindful of our neighbours and to keep any noise inside the homes during evening hours \- Please return everything the way you found it before you leave \- There are exterior cameras for safety measures \- This is strictly not a party Airbnb. The house is in a great neighborhood on a quiet street and had plenty of room for my three kiddos and me. Easy drive to the Falls, Clifton Hill, and Route 420 to the QEW. Also close to Wal-Mart, Tim Horton’s, and several gas stations. I can’t say enough about the great location. One bonus for us was a beautiful city park two blocks away with a pool, splash pad, and playground.The interior of the house was beautiful and well-appointed. Netflix was a great bonus on the Roku TV, as were the floor fans for each bedroom. We were unfortunately down to one shower during our week there, as the owner let us know in advance that one of the three was OOC, but we found that a second one was out as well. With the couple of issues / questions that we did have, the home owner was immediately responsive and did everything reasonably possible to take care of things. I would be glad to stay here again. Property was extremely clean and appeared to be recently renovated. Unfortunately, the sink was clogged for a day and the third shower wasn’t functioning during our stay. The home requires some minor TLC, but very charming, and the host Gill is super responsive. The outside representation does not accurately reflect the inside charm.
