Tien, after loads of phone calls managed to get my phone, which I left on a sleeper bus, returned to me and Loan helped us every day, with taxis, coaches, restaurant suggestions and anything we wanted!! The hotel itself was very pleasant, the breakfasts good and all the staff fabulous. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you so much.
