1. Staff Kindly guide you on all requests. Especially Nguyen Nhat Thao was very kind. 2. Good location It's perfect for going to the beach or nearby restaurants and tourist attractions. 3. Price It's about $23 a day, but the service and room condition are over $50. 4. Other The service is so good that they give you a lunch box when you check out at night.

Three stars service with cozy room.

Satisfied with comfortable and cozy room and amazing location with tourist attractions such as restaurants and cafes. But unpleasant with staff mistake about airport transfer. We did make a booking when we checked in but they didn't do even remember neither. Might need a improvement in term of staff service. Without it, everything was fine.

Great spot, great service for the money.

Fantastic hotel for the money - stayed here two weeks and have to say the service is excellent throughout. Even going above and beyond to assist with an issue outside the hotel which i was extremely grateful for. The bed was very firm, but overall a very comfy and large room with a good view and close to a huge number of places to eat and drink. Massage at the spa on the top floor were consistently excellent as well, very professional and staff know what theyre doing. Gym was just ok, but you can actually see a better equiped gym from the window of the gym in the hotel so if you really need then its a 2 minute walk away. Breakfast was mainly asian and not really outstanding, but there is a decent selection. Would happily stay here again

We stayed in the deluxe sea view room - however the layout of the shower over bath was a very poor design. It basically dumped water straight onto the bathroom floor. The were no suite case stands or places to put your case for access. Our room had the buffet breakfast included however coming from a continental breakfast or American breakfast background there was no food we could eta at all. We had to bring our own food in the end and just use the area and the utensils.

정말 아무런 사전 정보 없이 예약해서 4박을 한 곳이었는데, 나트랑 시내 중심가에 있어서 도보로 맛집, 카페, 마사지까지 너무나 잘 이용했어요~^^ 그리고, 4박을 해서 그런지 19층으로 방 배정을 받아 나트랑 시티뷰도 너무 좋았어요! 다음에 꼭 다시 방문할거에요^^
