This condo is on the top floor so you don't have anyone above you. Bedroom one has a queen size bed. Bedroom 2 has two sets of bunks ( four twins). North Peak offers an outdoor heated pool. There is a fireplace in the living area. Renters also get the use of a ski locker. In the ski locker area there are coin operated washer and dryer. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00\. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking. \~Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
