Fresh new flooring in these condo. Bedroom one has a queen size bed. Bedroom two has a full size bed and a set of twin bunks. Full kitchen with dining table to sit and enjoy a meal together. Gas fireplace in the living area to make a nice cozy gathering place. Easy access to this condo as it is on the same level as the parking area. Ski lockers available for renters. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00\. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking. \~Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee. The air purifiers in every room as well as the available use of coffee grinder, and cooking condiments are excellent touches on what is already a well situated, ski-in/ ski out condo. Its perfect location allows for talking lunch at the condo and avoiding the lines and high prices at the resort cafeterias. Access to ski locker, laundry (that accepts credit cards) and pool are also a plus. Communication with Louise was excellent. A couple of minor challenges given the recent storms were well communicated upfront and allowed us to plan ahead. 100% would rent again. ##### Mike S.
