"We had a fantastic stay at this house with friends! The location's proximity to the mountain was a game-changer, and the host was incredibly easy to communicate with. The house met all our needs, but we suggest a few improvements. Firstly, more kitchen equipment would be great; we found a shortage of bowls compared to the number of people the house sleeps. Secondly, having a dedicated area for skis and ski boots would enhance the overall experience in the winter. Lastly, an extra couch or two...

"We had a great time at this house. Very clean and bedrooms allowed all to fit in comfortably. Note that one of the queen beds is in basement which isn't ideal but it was fine. Two living areas -- one in basement with darts and pool table and one upstairs with TV and couches. It worked for us and would recommend for a large gathering."

"This is our second year back at this house. Love the property, location and amenities the house offers: sauna, pool table, hot tub, and the famous Sunday River for cold plunges! Bedrooms and beds are comfortable and appropriately sized, could use a few more room darkening shades in some of rooms for the bright sun reflecting off the snow. We will definitely be back!"

"Our stay here was spectacular! The extra firewood came in very handy when we got 3 feet of snow. So did the pool and the sauna up at the clubhouse. The house was extremely clean and very well equipped. It might be pricey, but it is so worth it because of the location and the convenience. We will be back!"
