Situated within the desirable Pentire Peninsula, the apartment is reached by a lift, transporting you to the third floor. Here you can enjoy far reaching vistas to the headland, beach, golf course or delightful Gannel Estaury. An open plan living space with modern décor greets you, with superbly equipped kitchen and dining area. The living area boasts super-comfy seating, TV, and a nautical feel, whilst the wonderful balcony brings the outdoors to you. Here you can savour morning coffee or a little al fresco dining or a favourite tipple as the sun dips below the horizon. There are two bedrooms, one with kingsize bed with adjoining en-suite, newly refurbished and offering modern walk-in shower with rainfall feature. The second bedroom has twin beds. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over, perfect for a leisurely soak after a busy day of adventures. Newquay, revered for its water sports and in particular surfing, has many beaches, huge stretches of golden sand with magnificent waves rolling in off the vast Atlantic Ocean. The town has a plethora of restaurants, bars, and shops, whilst there is an array of attractions for all ages to enjoy. Venture further along the coast and visit Padstow, with its narrow streets, boutique shops and celebrity chef inspired restaurants, whilst the exquisite harbour towns and villages of Tintagel, Boscastle are must visits.
