Small and cozy, great for two or family with little ones

Nice property but small space for more than two. Bunk bed very uncomfortable but king size bed very nice. The bedrooms were so small one could barely walk around in them. Always hard to tell in the photos. Great ocean view and close proximity to shops, restaurants, and walking on the beach. Very nice host.

Amazing location!

Our stay was fantastic! A short walk to the beach, delicious restaurants, and cute shops. In particular we liked the tap house for lunch, the Italian restaurant for dinner, and the cafe next door for breakfast. The condo was clean and cozy. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful stay!

The condo was cozy with amazing views of the ocean! Everything you need (for cooking, extra blankets, umbrellas) were thought of and available. The place was decorated with a welcoming and warm touch. Easy access to cute shops/restaurants and beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful View!!

Beautiful view. Lots of dishes and supplies. Great place to stay...beds could have been more comfortable. They seemed old and worn out. But we didnt sleep much, there was so much to do in this area, tide pools, beaches,hiking. Wonderful time was had in this town!!

Easter weekend with family

Beautiful view. Located on a cliff so must walk or drive a couple of blocks down to the Nye Beach access. Comfortable for 4 people, tight squeeze for 6. Clean and nicely decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our Easter weekend at this location.

Views, location + well equipped rent

This property is so well equipped. Lots of thoughtful touches to make you feel at home. Books, games, movies, blankets, very well stocked kitchen and bathroom. The house had everything we needed and more for our stay as a family of 4: 2 adults and two kids ages 7 and 10. We liked walking in downtown Nye Beach and the location was a perfect spot for our day trips up and down the coast. Sunsets on the deck were spectacular. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Simply stunning!!!

This was our first stop on our 10 day Oregon vacation and this place set a high bar for all our subsequent rentals. The view!!! The ability to walk to everything!!! The rental is so beautiful and clean. I had a challenge getting in and heard back immediately. It’s a great place!!! Do yourself a favor and stay here. You won’t regret it!

Great place

I've stayed at a couple spots in the little nye beach area, it's my favorite spot on the coast, very walkable to get to the beach access and to multiple restaurants and a little shopping and a quick drive to even more. The lodgings were lovely, we had 5 adults for two nights and had all the space we needed. Loved the keyless entry, made it very easy for everyone to split up into different groups without having to worry about who has the key to get back in. Also appreciated the designated parking on the side of the building. Space seemed very clean and was stocked with lots of helpful items, even sandcastle supplies! We loved our time here, exactly what we were looking for!

More than expected!

You open the door and the wonderful scent beckons you in! This house was so nice & clean. Even the windows were spotless. We didn't want for anything except maybe more time to spend there. The west side in the kitchen and dining area was all windows. So doing dishes, eating, reading or playing games we were watching the waves. The weather was rainy and on the last full day foggy but we were nice & cozy inside with the electric fireplace. And if we wanted even bigger flames and the sound of crackling wood we watched a YouTube channel of a real fire burning! What more can I say about that! Plus, even though we were right on a street, it was real quiet! And the bed was absolutely comfortable! First time in a while that my husband's shoulder and neck didnt hurt! I can't say about the shopping. I only hit one shop and it was a wonderful store called Petunia's. The only place we ate was at Pacific Kitchen. Excellent food, hence why we only ate there. They were seafood cuisine and we were at the Ocean so we wanted seafood. Try their Oregon Shrimp Melt...omg! I guess I can't say enough about our stay. Anytime I had questions, Rian shot back an answer. Oh...and you can buy your own seafood and cook it yourself! So many places we looked at didn't want you cooking seafood in the house. I hope this helps make up your mind about this wonderful place. If we get back to this area I know we will try to book it again. I just want to thank Rian & Leslie for a great place to stay! It was our 28th anniversary and your accommodations made an absolute nice get-a-way!

Perfect quiet getaway

The only reason I would leave anything but a stellar review of this place would be to keep too many people from finding it. This place was a perfect location, beautifully decorated and very easy to find and check in. Rian was very easy to communicate with and answered questions promptly. Everything was thought out and provided and it made the stay that much more enjoyable. From toothpicks to toothpaste, laundry soap, to tea and plenty of warm fuzzy blankets, books ,games and card decks,, we were able to relax and enjoy our family. It was one of the best family time stays we’ve had since the kids were grown. We appreciated the hospitality, time and attention to detail greatly. These hosts are amazing.

Great Coastal Stay!

Overall a great stay

The property os just as described and we were able to sit on the back garden and enjoy the beach as well as open up the windows and listen to the waves roar and the ocean breeze cool the house. The neighborhood had a few cute eateries Our only concern was the number of young homeless men wondering the street, often yelling and most looking into cars and trying the doors to see if they were locked was unnerving. Things you expect in a big city but don't often see if beach towns as this frequency. Nothing to be afraid of as much as be aware and take precautions. Overall a great stay and we would stay again if we were in the area.
