Pack lightly, your vacation home includes a washer/dryer. A gas grill is provided for those who just can't get enough of that great ocean view, plus an electric vehicle charger adds convenience during your stay. Cottage is right down with all the restaurants and shops, and also right at the Nye Beach access area, so easily walkable. Plenty of space for our family to each have rooms, and we loved to look out the large window on the second floor facing the ocean. Got some great sunset views! With the location so close to the beach we could walk back and forth multiple times a day to enjoy the walking and near bye tide pools. The views were amazing!I do wish that the dresser in the downstairs bedroom was not filled with bedding and the dresser in this room was blocked by a bedside table. We cleared the dresser to use for our clothes. The living room could be a bit cozier with more seating. There was 5 of us. Close beach access and many food options in walking distance. The everyone said their rooms were great, comfy mattresses and enough places for our stuff. The kitchen had a good amount of things for basic needs. Only drawback some of the pans were near the end of their useful life. The property does need a deep cleaning and the barbeque was broken. We had an issue with the tub not draining however the VACASA team responded to fix immediately. There is a noisy pub close by which bothers some. Be aware of excessive booking fees charge by both VRBO and VACASA (over $100 per night extra). Nice place, would stay here again. ##### Carmen R. The location to shops, the beach, and food couldn't be any closer. The view is spectacular. Parking is a little tight for 2 larger vehicles but we were able to park our GMC Sierra and our friends Chevy Tahoe on both spots, but one vehicle was blocked in. It was fairly clean, however, they asked for shoes to be removed but our socks turned dark after about an hour of walking around, and we would have mopped but didn’t find anything for that to be accomplished.
