Our suite was a perfect size for me, my husband and our 22lb Frenchie. King size bed, a sitting area with couch and chair and a huge walk in shower. Our room was stocked with plenty of coffee pods, mugs, a refrigerator, plenty of towels, washcloths and hand towels. Lots of blankets and pillows too. Full size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Nice size smart TV too. The common areas were spacious and luxurious. Another coffee bar is located on first floor (besides the bar in your room). The kitchen was full stocked with cocktail glasses, wine glasses, several sizes of coffee mugs, pots pans, plates, cutting boards, salad bowls etc. it was nice to be able to make a cocktail and relax. Having an assigned parking space was key to being able to visit spots and easily come back and park. Less than a block to Thames street where all the action is. One thing to note is that the only way to communicate with property manager is through the VRBO app. Location was great for Newport Harbor. Noise was not an issue during our stay as we were there Mon- Wed. Neighborhood felt very safe while walking around during the day and at night, too.
